Making Headway at 816 Scenic Drive

The first few weeks of renovation at 816 Scenic Drive in Charleston have passed rather fast. Our crew has been focused on interior and exterior demo, bathroom remodeling, and prepping the kitchen for remodel. Wait until you see the makeover this house is about to get, especially the outside! So far we’ve torn off the front porch enclosure and back deck, which is already starting to be rebuilt as a wrap-around deck from the rear of the house off of the dining room around to the side door outside of the living room. The main bathroom has been tiled from the shower surround down to the floor. The lower level bathroom, which we call the dungeon, is being torn down and rebuilt from scratch and it will be the highlight of this house. Stay tuned for more updates!
