Scenic Drive Soon to Hit the Market

It’s been a few weeks since we’ve shared our progress on 816 Scenic Drive; a lot of things have changed. Finally with a break in the terrible weather we were able to snap some progress pictures. The exterior is almost completely finished with a new roof, siding, windows, and a wrap around deck. The only things left to do on the outside are hang new gutters and upgrade the front porch with new white posts and a front door. Spring is a great time to give you home a facelift by painting the front door. What color would you like to see on our front door? Moving on to the interior, we’ve completely refinished all the original hardwood floors and they turned out amazing! Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new showers, tile, vanities, lighting, flooring, and much more! The kitchen is almost complete. We’ve refinished the cabinets and installed new granite countertops that make the kitchen glow. Next up is a white, subway style backsplash and stainless steel appliances.
